Integrate with your Booking Platform IOTee offers integrations with popular Booking Platforms and Club Management Software. Integrations vary depending on the platform, but generally this means that bookings created in your existing systems will link to IOTee and your members will receive access to lock and unlock their carts along with their booking, fully automating the cart rental process. Book a Cart for your Guests You can book carts on behalf of your guests and members directly in the IOTee Dashboard. Your guests will receive an email confirmation which includes a link to unlock the cart. They can use this link during the time of their booking. Services, Prices & User Groups
Services, Prices & User Groups Services are compulsory if you wish to create bookings with IOTee or enable your guests and members book online. Each Service can have multiple Prices for your different User Groups. Please follow the steps in this article to correctly set up your prices. 1. Automatic Unlock We are aware some members may not carry smart phones. For this reason we have created the Automatic Unlock. Check the box for Automatic Unlock when creating the booking for your guest. The cart will automatically unlock at the start time of the booking. Important Notes: In case a guest does not collect their cart, the cart will auto-lock after either the Parking Zone Auto-lock or the Round Timeout, whichever is first. Opening Hours Opening Hours determine when carts can and cannot be booked. For example you might wish to let your carts be booked later or earlier or you are closed on certain days. In the Booking Settings, click on Opening Hours. You will see a list of the days. By default, the opening hours are 05:00 - 20:00 every day. Bookable Carts By default, all of your carts can be booked online via the booking app. If you wish to restrict some carts from being booked, you can do so in the Bookable Carts option. Simply use the switches to enable or disable your chosen carts. Disabled carts will not be bookable online via the booking app. Note: You can still book carts which are disabled in the admin dashboard. Booking Offset Guests may often need access to their cart prior to their tee time or the cart might need to be blocked before the booking to prevent another guest taking the cart. In this case, a booking offset can be applied. Booking Offset lets you control how early a guest can access the cart ahead of their booking, as well as preventing others from taking that cart before.
