Allow Guests to Book Online

Allow your Guests to Book Online



Your guests and members can book carts online using our Booking App. The Booking App is optional for you to use. To use it, you must first set up your Services and Prices and also activate your Stripe Account to handle online payments.

The booking app is not available for Clubs using an integration. If you have an integration, bookings must be managed via the integrated platform.

Booking App



Your guests and members can use our Booking App. They can access this using their mobile web browser: https://bookings.iotee.eu

Once your guests have registered in the Booking App they will be automatically logged in.

The Booking App enables them to:

Search for your Club
Select a Booking Date and select an available time-slot.
Select their cart
Pay if required
Access their bookings, and their carts during the booking time

The prices shown in the Booking App are controlled by your User Groups.

Control the Prices (User Groups)



The default price for online bookings is the Guest price. However you might have different prices for different people, for example a Senior, Annual Pass or Member.

Inside your Virtual Keys table, add the person as a new driver or search for them if they already exist. . You can now edit the driver and choose the appropriate User Group.

If the user has Credits, they can use them in the Booking App.

You must use the same email address they used to sign up for the Booking App!
