• User Groups and Custom Prices for Members

  User Groups and Custom Prices for Members When using the Booking App to book online, your members and guests will be shown pricing depending on their User Group. This is controlled in the Virtual Keys table. When signing up for the Booking App, the user needs to register with their email address. If the member exists in your Virtual Keys table, they should use the same email address to automatically link them to your site. If they have already signed up, you can add them manually to your VirFew readers

• Import Members into Virtual Keys

  Import Members to IOTee You can quickly add multiple members to IOTee using our Import wizard. Requirements To use our Import wizard, you will need a spreadsheet in .csv format. The spreadsheet should contain the following fields: Full name - Required Email - Required, Unique Member Number - Optional Import With the Virtual Keys window open, select Import from the top right corner. A window will appear. Follow the steps below, also shown in the Import wizaFew readers
