Bookings

Services and Prices

A Service represents a type of cart hire. For example "9 Holes" or "18 Holes". You can attach a Service to a Booking and also when unlocking a cart. A Service has a Duration property which will help determine if carts are available for your members to book.

Each Service can have multiple Prices. For example "Member", "Senior" or "Guest". Here you can define the prices for your different User Groups. This can be a price in currency or in Credits. Adding a price is optional, but required if you intend to let your members use their Credits or Book Online.

Here's a quick look at a Service:

1. Service Name: e.g "18 Holes"
2. Duration: e.g "6:00hrs"
3. Price Name & User Group: e.g "Member"
4. Price amount: As a currency amount of Credits
5. Active Days: Time based availability

Create and Edit Bookings

You can now edit existing bookings. Also, Services are integrated into the booking system. You must now select a Service when creating a booking. The Service will calculate the duration of the booking so you can check availability.

The new Booking options:

1. Select a Service
2. Select a Price (optional)
3. Select a Time Slot
4. Check availability
5. Select a cart. A Recommended Cart will be shown with a yellow star icon.

Maintenance Bookings

Quickly block carts by creating a "Maintenance Booking". When you create a Maintenance Booking, you will be warned if bookings already exist between the dates.

Maintenance Booking options:

1. Select "Add Maintenance"
2. Select a Cart - This will check for existing bookings
3. View in the calendar

Virtual Keys

User Groups

Members in your Virtual Keys table can be allocated a "User Group". User Groups are linked to your Services & Prices and allow you to control the prices for your members. This includes Credits.

Instant Booking & Usage Credits

Scanning the QR code on the cart will allow your member to enter their Virtual Key. Here they can select a service and book a cart using their Credits. You can choose how many credits each Service will cost your member when creating your Services and Prices.

Virtual Key Options:

1. Virtual Key Summary
2. Selected Service
3. Selected Cart
4. Total cost in Credits and the "User Group"
5. Save and book. The cart will be booked in your calendar and the member can instantly unlock the cart.

Reports

Enhanced Usage Reports

We have overhauled the Reports page. You can filter the dates and see extensive reports for you carts, a heatmap shows you when your busiest periods are and the Services charts give you a breakdown of each Service

New Charts:

1. Daily Cart Usage - See how many times your carts are used each day or month
2. Usage by Cart - Analyse which carts are being used most
3. Usage by Service - example: How many 9 Hole or 18 Hole rentals
4. Usage Heatmap - Which times and days are busiest or quietest

Map

New Zones Editor

Create and Edit your Parking Zones.

Options:

1. View Zones and Add Zone
2. Click on a Zone to Edit
3. Save, or delete Zone

Cart Cluster

Carts which are close together can be grouped into a Cluster on the map. You can enable or disable this on the map.

Booking App - Coming Very Soon!

Enable your members and guests to book and pay online for their carts. Our booking app helps to completely automate your entire Cart Rental process.

The booking app links directly to your Services & Prices and utilises the new User Group feature.
