New features and enhancements 🚀
- Email translations! 📥 🇩🇪
Emails such as booking confirmation and Scan to Ride receipts can now be sent in English or German!.
You can choose the desired email language in your site Settings -> General -> Email Language:
- Add a customised note in the booking email 📝
In case you need to send additional information to a customer who has booked a cart, notes can now be added when making a booking. The note will be sent to the customer in the body of the email, highlighted in orange. Adding note is totally optional.
You can view the note on the dashboard after creating the booking by clicking on a booking in the calendar.
- Set a custom Unlock Code for Multiple Carts
For situations where you need to give multiple carts the same unlock code, you can now quickly change the Unlock Code for multiple carts in the Actions menu in the fleet table after selecting the desired carts.
- View Battery Voltage instead of percentage 🔋
Sometimes it is necessary to view the battery voltage of the carts instead of a percentage. You can now toggle the % or voltage by clicking on the battery icon in the fleet table.
- Ride Tags 🏷️
We released this feature a few weeks ago after noticing the need for a placeholder to display and store additional ride information such as 18 Holes, Member etc..
If you haven't started using Ride Tags yet, we strongly recommend doing so. We plan to update our reporting page soon to include charts for your custom tags!!

Bug Fixes and Improvements 💪
- Master Code with Reservation
Previously when a cart had a reservation, the Master Unlock Code could not be used. This has now been corrected so the Master Unlock Code can now be used as well as the 6-digit booking code.
- Pre-paid option on non-Stripe sites
When creating a booking, the Pre-Paid option can now only be changed if you have your site linked with Stripe and ready to accept Scan to Ride payments.
- Publish settings to device notification
After changing site settings e.g Auto-Lock, it is necessary to publish these changes. Sometimes this gets forgotten so we have added a notification on the dashboard in case you have any pending changes which need to be published.
