Getting Started with Virtual Keys


Virtual Keys lets you keep a list of your members, guests and staff and customise access for your carts. Most notably, you can control the Prices which your members will see in the Booking App as well as issue usage Credits.


Virtual Keys can be accessed from the Fleet Page next to the Bookings button:


Options


Each driver in your Virtual Keys table has to the following options:


Name, email, member number:

An identifier for the driver. The email address must be unique.


If your members are using the Booking App, they should register their account using the same email address.


User Group:

Controls the Price which they will be given in the Booking App. Default is guest.


You can set up your User Groups and Prices here


Credits:

Credits can be used to book carts in the Booking App. This is an alternative to handling payments using credit/debit card.


Code:

You can issue a 6-digit code. This can be used when scanning the QR code instead of using the booking app. You can issue staff a Master Code which will give them access to all carts.



Add your Drivers:


To help you quickly add your Drivers, IOTee allows you to Import a .csv spreadsheet directly. For example, if you already use another database or software, you can export a spreadsheet containing your member data and then import it to IOTee.


Drivers can also be individually added, edited or deleted.

Once you have Drivers stored in IOTee, they can be searched for and used when creating bookings and when manually unlocking carts from the dashboard 🚀
