Automatic Unlock

Automatic Unlock


We are aware some members may not carry smart phones. For this reason we have created the Automatic Unlock.


Check the box for Automatic Unlock when creating the booking for your guest. The cart will automatically unlock at the start time of the booking.


Important Notes:


  • In case a guest does not collect their cart, the cart will auto-lock after either the Parking Zone Auto-lock or the Round Timeout, whichever is first.
  • If the cart is locked again before the guest has had chance to take the cart out of the Parking Zone, the cart will need to be released from the Dashboard (or via the booking email).
  • The cart will unlock at the start time of the booking, only once. Automatic Unlock does not account for the booking offset.
