Activating Stripe for Booking Payments


IOTee partners with Stripe to securely handle and process payments made via the Booking App. Stripe is a trusted, established and secure payment solution which makes it possible to process card transactions online.


Every transaction can be viewed either in the Revenue Reports page within the IOTee app, or in the Stripe Dashboard.

Account Setup


To offer online bookings via our Bookings App, you must first register a Stripe Account. If you do not already have a Stripe account, you can register for an account during this process.


You will need to provide your bank account details, business details (VAT. id etc.) and proof of identification. IOTee does not store any of this data.


  1. Navigate to the Settings page
  2. Select Booking Settings
  3. Click on Account Setup



  1. Stripe will walk you through the onboarding process. If you do not have a Stripe account, this process will create one for you.
  2. If you already have a Stripe account, you can simply log in with your existing credentials.
  3. After you have completed the Stripe onboarding process, you will be redirected back to the IOTee app where you can now configure your Services and Prices and setup your Public Profile.


It is your responsibility to provide all information required by Stripe. In the case of missing business details, bank information or identification documents, Stripe may not be able to credit funds into your bank account.It is important that you remember your Stripe login details. You will need these only when logging into the Stripe Dashboard directly. IOTee is unable to retrieve these credentials on your behalf.
