Replacing a Device


Failure to follow these steps may lead to improper function of your Cart. Please follow the steps carefully!


1. Match the Cart Number with the Device



2. Install the new device


  1. Remove the old device
  2. Remove any old Velcro and clean with a towel - the surface must be dry and clean for the new velcro to adhere
  3. Install the replacement device

3. Replace the QR Code on the steering wheel


  1. Find the new QR Code in the box
  2. Remove the old QR code from the steering wheel
  3. Replace with the new QR code




4. Finally


  1. Package the old device ready for collection
  2. Inform IOTee that the device and QR Code have been replaced
