New Virtual Keys feature! 🔑 🎉

Assign custom codes for individuals, allocate specific carts and handle usage credits!

Customisable codes for you and your members

Give your staff or members their own codes to access the carts in your fleet. Each code can be personalised allowing them to use selected carts, all carts or none.

As admin, you have full control over your Virtual Keys which means you can change them or remove them at any time!

Every Virtual Key code must be linked to a member. We have created an import wizard to help you quickly add data from your existing platforms!

Manage credits or allow unlimited use

Any member can be given a credit balance. Each time a Virtual Key is used, 1 credit will be deducted from the their credit balance. Once a members credit balance reaches 0, their Virtual Key will no longer work until their balance is topped up.

Setting Unlimited credits will allow the member to use their code unlimited times.

Master Virtual Keys

Any Virtual Key can be set as a Master. This code will override any bookings on the cart - ideal for staff or admin.

Auto-fill Driver Name & usage tracking

Your members will now automatically appear when you enter a driver name whilst creating a booking or manually unlocking the cart.

Members are also linked to the Ride History so you can see how many rides they have completed, this is also true for when a Virtual Key is used.

You can learn about the new feature by reading our Documentation.With the release of this new feature, the existing "Master Code" will be removed. If you require a master code, you must create a new one using the Virtual Keys feature.

Other new features and enhancements 🚀

Remember Unlock Code and new Scan-to-Ride UI
We gave the Scan-to-Ride feature a complete overhaul, making it more user friendly.

Now you can enter and Remember your unlock code or virtual key. When you scan a QR code, the code will be automatically entered.

Your phone browser will now remember your session - this means if you close your browser, you can scan the QR code and it will take you straight back to your session so you can pause or end the ride. We also added an interactive map to the session.

Enhanced date search in Cart Usage 📊
We added a Date Range filter to the Cart Usage page. You can now filter your charts by any date range!

Vehicle Details and Scan Car Serial Number
You can now store the brand, model and battery type of your carts for quick reference.

We also improved the Serial Number input by adding a barcode scanner!

Set a schedule for when carts should switch to key mode

Edit existing bookings
Allow changes to be made to a booking instead of deleting and creating a new one.
