Lock and Unlock Carts

Lock and Unlock Carts


Carts can be locked and unlocked in multiple ways. Either from the admin dashboard or by the customer who has booked the cart. Here we will explain how to lock and unlock carts from the admin dashboard.


Unlock the Cart


Find the Padlock Button next to the desired cart. Clicking on this will open a window where you can enter some optional information.


This information is used for reporting. If you enter this data, it will make your reports more useful!


You can set the following information:


  • Driver name
  • Service (e.g 18 Holes, 9 Holes)
  • Price (e.g Guest, Member)


Applying the Price does not charge the customer, it is only for reporting purposes. If you would like your customers to pay for their carts, they can use our Booking App to book and pay online.



Lock the Cart


Find the Padlock Button next to the desired cart. The button should be Green if the cart is already unlocked. Clicking on this will open a window to confirm you wish to lock the cart.


You will always be asked to confirm in case you accidentally press the lock button!



Lock and Unlock Multiple Carts


You can select multiple carts using the checkboxes on the left side of the fleet table. Then select Actions.


You can choose Unlock:

  • Unlock Selected
  • Lock Selected
