Import Members into Virtual Keys

Import Members to IOTee

You can quickly add multiple members to IOTee using our Import wizard.

Requirements

To use our Import wizard, you will need a spreadsheet in .csv format. The spreadsheet should contain the following fields:

Full name - Required
Email - Required, Unique
Member Number - Optional

Import

With the Virtual Keys window open, select Import from the top right corner. A window will appear. Follow the steps below, also shown in the Import wizard.

Select your file (.csv)
Map the fields from your file to the corresponding fields using the dropdown menus. Name and Email are required
Review your import
Import

Each driver must have a unique Email Address. If a driver already exists with the same email address, IOTee will skip this driver to avoid duplicate drivers being stored.After Importing your spreadsheet, IOTee will display a success message. In case IOTee skipped any drivers, a list of these drivers will be displayed for your reference.

Manually add Drivers to IOTee

In addition to importing your drivers, you can manually add individual drivers to IOTee.

Add Driver

With the Virtual Keys window open, select Add Driver from the top right corner. A window will appear. Enter the driver information and save. You can enter the following information:

Full name - Required
Email - Required, Unique
Phone Number - Optional
Member Number - Optional

Edit and Remove Drivers

You can edit information or delete and individual driver by selecting the Edit 1 or Delete button 2 next to the chosen driver.

You can edit or delete multiple drivers at once by selecting the checkboxes to the left of each driver, then the Actions Menu. Here you can Delete the Members or update their User Group in bulk.
