Getting Started with Reports

Reports offer a comprehensive overview of your fleet activity. You can view reports by a date range using the date selector in the top right corner of the screen. We record usage reports dating back to when you started using IOTee.

The following report pages can be viewed using the menu on the left of the screen:

• Cart Usage
• Revenue

Cart Usage

It is important to refer to the Cart Usage reports regularly to gain insight into the usage of your carts and your peak times. The following charts and data can be seen in the Cart Usage Reports:

1. Daily Usage

This line graph shows you how many rounds your carts recorded per day or per month depending on your selected date range. This gives you immediate knowledge over when your quieter and busier days are.

2. Usage by Cart

Each bar represents a cart in your fleet, referenced by its car number. Ideally, you would aim to maintain an even fleet rotation and you should expect to see the bars of equal height. Bars which are shorter suggest the cart is not being used as much as other carts in your fleet.

3. Usage by Service

Each horizontal bar represents a service (9 holes, 18 holes for example). From this you can see which service is most popular for cart hires.

4. Usage Heatmap

The heatmap shows you how often carts are used at different times during the week, in between your operating hours. The darker the colour, the more usage was recorded. From this we can quickly see when our peak times are for cart hires!

Revenue

If your members are booking and paying via our booking app, use the Revenue Reports to track these payments and the payment statuses. You can see a total revenue and individual payments for the selected date range.
