Getting Started with Bookings

IOTee enables you to create bookings for your carts. There are 3 ways a cart can be booked. Follow one of the links below to see how to use each method:

• Book a Cart for your Guests
• Allow Members to Book Online
• Integration with your booking platform

|| If you have integrated with a booking platform, all bookings must be managed via your booking platform

Booking Settings

It is important to configure your booking settings to get the most out of your IOTee system. Here you can set your opening hours, your prices and enable or disable the booking app to allow your guests to book online.

To customise your booking settings, go to Settings then Booking Settings.

Bookings Calendar

IOTee gives you an intuitive calendar to view and manage reservations for your carts. You can view and manage bookings within the Fleet page by pressing the Bookings button at the top left.

Below is a list of some of the Calendar functions:
