Auto Lock is enabled by default and set to 20 minutes but you can adjust the time (in minutes) or disable the function.

When a cart enters a parking zone, the timer starts. If the cart leaves a parking zone before the timer ends, the timer will reset. This helps if a cart is just passing through a parking zone, for example if they are passing the clubhouse to reach the next hole.

The remaining Auto Lock time will show on the fleet table next to the respective cart. You will notice this will show only for carts which are unlocked and within the parking zone.

Round Timeout

Similar to Auto Lock, the Round Timeout is also a timer which will lock the cart automatically. The Round Timeout will start counting down when a cart is stationary, in any location. If the cart moves before the timer has run out, the timer will reset.

This is particularly helpful in case a cart is left unlocked, away from the parking zones.

Example: If the Round Timeout is set to 45 minutes and the cart is stationary for more than 45 minutes in any location, the cart will lock.
