| This video demonstrates how to install an IOTee TeeBox on a Club Car Tempo/Precedent with FLA or AGM Batteries

Tools required:

• Drill
• T15 & T30 drill bits
• Pliers
• Cleaning towel/Cloth
• IOTee TeeBox & Fixings

Installation Time: 3 minutes per cart

||| For personal safety and to prevent damage to the TeeBox during installation, we recommend to put the cart in Tow before installation

|| Each TeeBox is sent pre-registered to the site and has the Site Name and Car Number printed on the top. We also supply corresponding QR code stickers with matching Car Number. It is critical that the correct sticker and device are placed on the same cart.

Installation Instructions:

1. Locate the Run/Tow switch under the seat. Push this down into the Tow position
2. Remove the dash piece using the T15 & T30 drill bits
3. Use a cloth to clean the area behind the ignition barrel
4. Fix the velcro strips supplied in the box to the bottom and rear of the TeeBox
5. Position the TeeBox behind the dash, in the recessed area behind the ignition barrel. Use the velcro strips to secure into place and push the device firmly into position
6. Locate the Black/Red wires which supply the battery indicator. Using pliers, crimp the red/purple T-Tap connectors to each wire. The connectors will click when secured properly
7. Insert the Black & ${color}#ff0000 wires from the TeeBox into the corresponding T-Tap connectors. e.g. ${color}#ff0000 -> ${color}#ff0000, Black -> Black
8. Bend the terminals on the ignition barrel 90 degrees. This helps make space for the TeeBox
9. Remove the ${color}#0096d6 wire from the ignition barrel and connect it to the ${color}#0096d6 wire from the TeeBox
10. Connect the other ${color}#0096d6 wire from the TeeBox to the ignition barrel
11. Install the dash piece
12. Locate the Run/Tow switch under the seat. Put this up into the Run position
13. Remove the original sticker covering the steering wheel and clean and dirt or residue
14. Replace with the sticker supplied by IOTee. The Car Number will be printed on the sticker, make sure this matches the device number installed.

Verify Device Status:

Use the camera on your phone to scan the QR code and open the link. If the device has not connected to 4G or WiFi, you will see an offline notification.

The device can take several minutes or longer in some cases to find a signal and connect. Leave the cart on, in Run, and contact IOTee if the device remains disconnected.

Tips for Fleet Installs

| If you are installing multiple carts, instead of doing each cart one by one, it can be more efficient to remove all dashboards and install devices all at once.

Here's how we do it:

1. Park carts in a line
2. Place a TeeBox on the seat of each cart
3. Remove all dashes and clean
4. Install all TeeBoxes
5. Install all dashes
